Learn how to create your Qrder account and log in for the first time

Creating Your Qrder Account

Setting up your Qrder account takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps to get started.

Step 1: Navigate to the Sign Up Page

  1. Go to the Qrder website
  2. Click the Sign Up button in the top navigation bar
  3. You will be taken to the registration form

Step 2: Fill In Your Details

On the registration form, provide the following information:

  1. Email Address - Enter a valid email address. This will be your login credential and where you receive important notifications.
  2. Password - Choose a strong password. We recommend using a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  3. Name - Enter your full name as you would like it displayed on the platform.

Make sure to use an email address you have access to, as you may need to verify it.

Step 3: Complete Registration

  1. Review the information you entered
  2. Click the Sign Up button to create your account
  3. You will be redirected to the login page or directly to the dashboard

Logging In for the First Time

Once your account is created, logging in is straightforward.

Step 1: Go to the Login Page

  1. Navigate to the Qrder website
  2. Click Sign In in the navigation bar

Step 2: Enter Your Credentials

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click the Sign In button

Step 3: Organization Setup

After your first login, you will need to either create or join an organization:

  • Create an Organization - If you are setting up Qrder for the first time for your business, create a new organization. Enter your business name and basic details.
  • Join an Organization - If a colleague has already set up your business on Qrder, they can invite you to join the existing organization.

An organization represents your business entity. All branches, menus, and settings are managed under your organization.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it:

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot Password link
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Check your email inbox for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

The password reset link expires after a limited time for security. If it has expired, simply request a new one.

Your Profile Settings

After logging in, you can access and update your profile settings:

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Click on your profile avatar or name in the sidebar
  2. Select Settings or Profile from the dropdown menu

What You Can Update

  • Display Name - Change how your name appears on the platform
  • Email Address - Update your email (may require verification)
  • Password - Change your current password
  • Profile Picture - Upload or change your avatar image

Updating Your Password

  1. Navigate to your profile settings
  2. Find the password section
  3. Enter your current password for verification
  4. Enter your new password
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Save changes

Security Best Practices

To keep your account secure, we recommend the following:

  • Use a unique, strong password that you do not use on other platforms
  • Do not share your login credentials with others
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately
  • Use a password manager to generate and store complex passwords
