Adding a new branch to Qrder is the first step toward getting your restaurant's digital menu up and running. Each branch represents one of your physical locations.
Fill in the following information for your new branch:
Enter a clear, descriptive name for your branch. This name will be visible to customers when they scan your QR code.
Provide a brief description of your branch. This helps customers understand what your location offers.
Enter the physical address of your branch location.
After creating a branch, it will appear in your sidebar and branch list immediately.
Once your branch is created, there are several important next steps:
Navigate to the Menu tab of your new branch to start building your digital menu.
See Menu Management for detailed instructions on building your menu.
Go to the QR Codes tab to generate your branch QR code.
See QR Codes & Tables for more details.
Visit the Gallery section to upload photos of your branch.
See Branch Gallery Management for instructions on managing photos.
Check the Settings page to configure your branch preferences.
See Branch Settings for configuration details.
Taking the time to properly fill in all branch details during creation saves you from having to edit them later. Complete all fields with accurate information.
If you plan to add multiple branches, think about your naming convention and how you want to organize them before you start creating them.
After creating a branch and setting up its menu, scan the QR code yourself to see exactly what your customers will experience. This helps you identify any issues before going live.
You can always edit branch information later. See Editing Branch Information for instructions on updating your branch details.
Yes, you can delete a branch from the branch settings page. Be aware that deleting a branch removes all associated data including menus, QR codes, and order history.
The number of branches you can create depends on your subscription plan. Check your plan details for specific limits.
Currently, branches need to be created individually. Each branch has its own menu and settings that need to be configured separately.
Now that you have created a branch, learn how to edit its details if you need to make changes.
